Sequence matters
Electrical conduiting and AC drain slope go in before the ceiling closes. Reopening a finished ceiling for a missed wire is the most common avoidable cost on a site.
Why Duco needs a booth
Duco is sprayed in coats with sanding between each one. Done on site, dust settles into the wet coat. We spray panels in our Sarjapura facility and deliver them cured, which is why the sheen stays even across every shutter.
Expect this timeline
POP with cove detailing takes 6–9 days including curing and two putty coats. Duco panels run parallel in the factory, so the site is not idle.
